about TSI

We partner with athletes, sports organizations, schools, colleges, brands, nonprofits, foundations, and community organizations to design Transformative Wellness Experiences™ that create meaningful and measurable impact.

Every partnership is customized to the goals of the organization while following the same proven framework.

HOW WE ADD VALUE

We don't simply host events.

We design experiences that transform the way athletes, organizations, and communities approach mental health.

Many organizations already have psychologists, counselors, wellness directors, or player engagement teams.

Our role is not to replace them.

Our role is to extend their impact.

Through our experiences we help organizations:

  • Increase engagement around mental health, wellness, identity, and purpose

  • Strengthen organizational culture

  • Activate athletes as leaders beyond their sport

  • Deepen community impact

  • Build authentic relationships between athletes and the communities they serve

  • Support the whole athlete, not just athletic performance

Message from the Founder

My Story

For years, I unknowingly struggled with anxiety, panic attacks, and eventually a deep depressive episode. One of the hardest parts wasn’t just what I was experiencing, it was not knowing how to identify it or understand what was happening within me.

I learned to cope by staying busy. I poured myself into chasing goals, achieving, and showing up for other people. Helping others became a way to avoid confronting the pain I was carrying myself. Over time, I became numb to my own emotions. I was guarded in many of my relationships because I believed that vulnerability meant giving someone control over parts of me that I hadn’t even learned how to address.

It wasn’t until God humbled me and stripped away much of my pride that I was forced to slow down, look inward, and begin the work of healing. Healing has not been easy and it certainly hasn’t been linear. It has required honesty, vulnerability, self-reflection, and a willingness to confront parts of myself I once tried to ignore. But through that process, I’ve become more intentional about becoming the best version of myself.

As I began to understand my own journey, I couldn’t stop thinking about how many other people were navigating similar struggles silently. I began asking myself, “What can I do with what I’ve learned to help someone else?”

That question became the foundation for The Silent Injury.

I realized that when we give people the space, experiences, and resources to heal, they can take that healing back into their own lives and ultimately into the communities around them. When athletes use their platforms to share their stories, when organizations create space for wellness, and when communities come together through meaningful experiences, we create something greater than awareness.

We create connection. We create wholeness. We create healing.

The Silent Injury was born from my belief that no one should have to navigate their struggles alone or feel like they have to hide behind strength. Through sports, culture, storytelling, and experiences, we’re creating spaces where people can be seen, supported, and reminded that wellness is part of the journey, not something we have to wait until we’re struggling to prioritize.

I’ve always told myself that if I can impact even one person, then I’ve fulfilled my calling.

And now, I hope that impact continues to multiply—one story, one athlete, one community, and one experience at a time.

Thank you for being a part of the journey as we pursue healing, wholeness, and connection together.
